Development: Stop building in Oak Harbor

No more building within the city limits. Period! The township of Oak Harbor is already over congested and under serviced. The post office was put in a “quick solution location” when moving down the block. The sewer treatment plant is dated with capacity for half of its present curing. And this stuff goes into the city beach and water. The remainder of the island has to build with restrictions because of streams, wells and lakes. Then tell me why can the Oak Harbor city over build?

Since the planners and contractors are hell bent on building, put another township outside the Troxell Road, Frostad Road area with its own post office and sewer system. Look at the east end of Sleeper Road and De Vries. A system for all kinds of drainage could go into Dugualla Bay or Skagit Bay.
