City: Oak tree, heal thyself

How can such a long article of double talk justify the ruination of a beautiful tree? Plus put in motion an excuse for more downing and ruination of the name sake of Oak Harbor: the Garry oak.

I hope this is printed to let everyone know I think it is the doing of Mayor Patty Cohen. She’s set out to change the roots of Oak Harbor since she’s been in office.

Ask a tree expert. Take the cement and black top off the roots of the largest Garry oak standing at the post office, it will heal itself.

Don’t cut the tree down and let this be the start of a self motif to cut whatever tree stands in the way.
