Family history: Photo studio facts sought

I’m trying to get information about a business that was in Oak Harbor some time ago.

I have an old studio picture of who I think are my great aunt and uncle. They had an Oak Harbor address, but actually lived on a farm outside town. The picture was taken by a photography business called W I Studio, Oak Harbor. I think it was taken in the late 20s to very early 30s. Had to be before 1933 as my uncle died that year.

What I’d like to know is if this studio might still be in business or if some other photographer took them over or something of that nature. I’m hoping that somewhere there might be business records that would give me some help in verifying these peoples’ identities. If this is a picture of great uncle, it’s the only one we know of anywhere. Their names were Arthur L.Hall and Carrie Ellwanger Hall. She outlived him probably 20 years.

I really appreciate any help you could give me on this.
