Legal system: Let's establish quotas on lawyers

America was once known as the land of milk and honey. Now with all the crooked CEO’s getting rich while their investors go broke, and more and more lawyers filing ridiculous and frivolous lawsuits, it is becoming a land of bilking money. It’s no wonder that lawyers need to file such suits, since there is so many of them they have to resort to such skullduggery in order to pay for their Porsches.

One who sells their integrity for low and immoral purposes is defined by Webster as a prostitute, so why is it those who file a frivolous suit are the only sort of prostitutes allowed to advertise in the Yellow Pages?

Why isn’t a moratorium placed on law schools, the training camps for those terrorists, and set a limit as to how many lawyers are allowed per capita? No other profession can creat problems, then get paid for pretending to solve them.

Attorney General Ashcroft, instead of having a drape made to cover the bare breast on the statue of justice, should have pulled off her blindfold and made her a bra. Then perhaps the eyes of justice might finally be able to tell the difference between right and wrong, and a criminal from a victim.

Justice has been blind for too long. It’s time for some common sense and logic to be applied to the letter of the law, which now seems to mean only what the wittiest lawyer wants it to mean.
