Progress: Simpler times are missed

Whatever happened to the good ol’ days? The days when there was only two coffee choices — regular and decaf. When face to face customer service did not charge a service fee or when customer service was a real voice on the phone that actually answered the phone. When road rage meant running a yellow light. When we all use to believe in innocent until proven guilty. When something was free, it really was. When cars were not movie theaters.

The times have changed with the pace of today’s American families, but I really miss a simpler time.
