Although it was written a bit differently than most reviews of the past have been for a Whidbey Playhouse show, I want to extend my thanks and appreciation to Rick Levin for what I personally considered to be quite an entertaining article on our production of “Oklahoma!” The amount of coverage provided, great photos, and the fact that we managed to convert Rick to a potential attendee of musicals through the performance of our actors was tremendous!

The box office phone has been ringing off the hook for the past two days with ticket reservation requests, and a great number of callers have mentioned that, although the article was a bit different than usual, it sounded like the show must be a lot of fun in order to get the write-up that Rick shared!

Thank you for the role the News-Times has played in continuing to provide the Whidbey Playhouse with the space to help promote our productions.
