On Feb. 5 the residents of Coupeville will be asked to vote on the Coupeville School District Maintenance and Operations Levy. I would urge all registered voters to vote yes on this levy.

Coupeville schools offer a great education to the children of the Coupeville area and it is important to maintain our continued support for our students. I encourage any voter that has concerns or questions about this levy to contact the district office, or Superintendent Suzanne Bond. I know they would be happy to answer any questions.

We have an educational program at Coupeville schools that continues to show improvement each year and with your support by voting yes to this levy, we will be able to continue offering our students the education they deserve.

Kevin Jorgensen lives in Greenbank.
