Letters to the Editor

Thanks to those involved in hunt | Letters

Editor,

Oak Harbor Kiwanis Club was again pleased to sponsor the 23rd annual Community Easter Sunrise Service held this year at Windjammer Park.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank those who participated in the service, including Pastor David Johnson, Paul and Heidi Kuzina for special music, and Lance Gibbon, Kiwanis past president, on the keyboard.

Thanks also to those who attended the service, on a beautiful sunny morning, and who gave over $700 to benefit the less fortunate through the efforts of our local Help House.

Oak Harbor Kiwanis Club has actively contributed to our local community for 45 years, and we are thankful for your continued support as we strive to do positive things for our local youth in Key Club, Builder’s Club, K Kids Club and for other friends and neighbors.

We hope that all those who worshipped together at the Sunrise Service were inspired and blessed, and that you will join us again next year.

Leroy Riepma
Oak Harbor Kiwanis
