As the 2008 Coupeville Memorial Day Parade coordinator, I would like to thank all of the volunteers who helped make this the best parade and remembrance ceremony ever. Without your help this event would be impossible to produce. To all of the businesses that lent their support, the speakers, the parade participants, the town, NAS Whidbey, USMC, the police force, and many others too numerous to name. As well as the Central Whidbey Chamber who let me do this every year. I am looking forward to 2009’s parade with the hope that it will meet or beat this year’s parade. Again, thank you one and all.
