Schools need levy support | Letters

Editor,

Oak Harbor schools have been underfunded for decades.

The upcoming school levy would bring back some of the learning opportunities that have been cut in the last four years, and would protect others from future cuts.

There are no extras.

A “Yes” vote would bring our school funding almost to the state average for the first time in memory.

A “Yes” vote would provide almost the same level of financial support to our students as that of our neighboring school districts.
