Thank you, Jim Palmer, for running for Oak Harbor City Council. I have known Jim through business and service organizations for many years and believe that he can contribute significantly. Not only will he bring his skills in business analysis to the table, but he will also work well as a committed team player. We need Jim to represent us as an Oak Harbor City Council member.
