I am writing on behalf and in support of Jim Palmer as a candidate for Oak Harbor City Council. I have known Jim for 20 years as his pastor and friend. In that time I have appreciated his counsel and advice especially regarding making sound fiscal decisions on behalf of our church. He currently chairs our Endowment Committee.

As a local business owner and a business counselor I trust his prudent and often conservative approach to managing money. I believe that Jim would ask good questions and do the homework necessary to be a thoughtful and careful city council member. I believe that he will bring a fresh and thoughtful perspective to the table. I solicit your support and invite you to join me in voting for Jim Palmer, City Council Position 1.
