Well miss this pioneer
July 3, 2008 · Updated 9:01 PM
With the passing of Bob Muzzall a very important chapter in Whidbey Island history closes.
Bob was a pioneer farmer on Whidbey Island but beyond that he was an inspiration to all with his energy, dedication and congeniality.
Mr Muzzall was a steward of the land, creator of wildlife habitat and, second to none in the art of animal husbandry.
I will remember Bob for his sharing, caring and loving of all living things. On our many hunting trips together, he shared stories from childhood, his youth and as a gentleman farmer on Whidbey Island.
These memories will remain with us as well as the multitudes of people that knew him or knew of him. Bob, we will miss you, our thoughts are with the family you so richly rewarded with your life.
