I am delighted with Jim Palmer’s candidacy for a position on the Oak Harbor City Council.

I have known Jim ever since he arrived in Oak Harbor many years ago. I have known him as a businessman, fellow Rotarian and a personal friend. I know him to be a man of great integrity and honesty and have been very impressed with his ability to organize groups of individuals and lead them in various endeavors. He possesses great management skills and understands how to formulate positive goals and objectives. Jim will be a great asset to the city of Oak Harbor.

Therefore, I urge your vote for Jim Palmer to the City Council. Should he be elected I am certain you will not be disappointed in his performance. His civility, honesty and acute perception of issues regarding the city are exactly what the City Council is in dire need of at this time.

Jim Palmer is the man who can help lead this city in the right direction in the coming future.

Join me in voting for Jim Palmer for city council position 1.
