How fantastic to find something so delicious on our very own island and made in Langley. Ta da! Yes, it’s ice cream, but in my opinion, and I have eaten ice cream in quite a few countries, this is the very best.

I found it by accident while shopping at the convenience store called Liberty Exxon on Highway 20 north of Oak Harbor. There are many superb flavors, but I truly love Country Pumpkin. I thank you Whidbey Island Ice Cream Company for your sweet surprise.
