Bank goes above and beyond

I had to write and tell you about an amazing experience I had with Whidbey Island Bank. My family and myself had just moved to Florida and I suffered a spinal cord injury in the move which has literally left us penniless with so many co-pays. In trading in one of our automobiles we had financed with Whidbey Island Bank, I had by accident sent them two payments. I telephoned the bank and told the loan department our predicament and what she did next was and is unheard of: She offered to get the check ready right way and hand carry it over to our bank and deposit it into out account on her lunch break! We were astonished. I asked her name to thank her and she said her name was Angel!
Thanks Angel for your kindness and thanks Whidbey Island Bank!
