Letters to the Editor

Angie Homola is an outstanding servant

In the confusion, contention and slurs that have dominated our county commissioners race, taking the time to learn about the candidates has made my decision clear.

Angie Homola is an outstanding public servant. Her principles of financial integrity, economic growth and responsible development are reflected in the positions and achievements of her first term.

As an architect, she understands the challenge of balancing vision and idealism with the reality of fiscal and resource constraints. This experience in the professional world is complemented by her experience in the blue collar world as a carpenter and her knowledge of the military world where she has lived with her husband and raised two accomplished children.

In other words, Angie understands the concerns of a cross-section of her constituency as she has walked in their shoes. Her intelligence and work ethic seal the deal. She is the candidate worthy of my vote... and yours.
