I would like to express my extreme gratitude to Joel Mami and Pioneer Automotive Services and all the personnel there who helped me with my car.

Joel has been taking care of my car since I moved to Whidbey in 2002. He was the service manager at Pioneer Chevrolet and always gave me honest, reliable service. He is now part owner of Pioneer Automotive services, in the same location, and has continued in his care for me and my car.

I had serious transmission problems that continued for a long period of time. Joel went out of his way to diagnose the problem and come to a resolution. He (and all the company) went above and beyond normal expectations to assure that my car was fixed correctly, with the minimal amount of cost.

It is good to know as a single woman that there is a place I can trust for my car repairs. You are treated as an individual, with respect and caring. I hope many others will continue to do business with them, as I will. They are a company of integrity that can be trusted.
