Only Lauderdale went to bat for us

This election is very important so sorting through the five candidates running for Island County commissioner; District 1 is of vital importance. My personal choice is Jeff Lauderdale.
Jeff Lauderdale is the only candidate who went to bat for us regarding Island County’s overbearing septic system inspection program. He understood our concerns as senior citizens on a fixed income. Having to hire a professional and pay hundreds of dollars for his services every year is just too much to bear.
His solution was easy enough, yet the current powers that be at both the state and local level are not willing to listen.
Jeff Lauderdale’s credentials are impeccable and his skills would be most beneficial to our community. Anyone who would dedicate so much time to attending Island County meetings and researching topics like the pending Shoreline Management Plan, and how it impacts island residents deserves our support.
Jeff Lauderdale is the only candidate who thoroughly researched and analyzed the issues and how they impact Island County residents. I really appreciate Jeff Lauderdale’s efforts to help us, and that is why my friends, neighbors, and I are voting for Jeff Lauderdale.
