Councilman needs a freedom talk | Letter

How can Councilman Joel Servatius tell people not to wear hats? There is free speech at meetings. I fought three wars for this country as a 30-plus year member of the U.S. Navy. Someone should take him out behind the shed and give him a talking to about freedom.
