Buyers learn to beware

The trouble with our economy is that corporate CEO’s, bankers and politicians have had a to-hell-with-the-public attitude and have been shouting for freedom from legal restrictions requiring truth, honesty, decency, safety and dependability.

They shout “laissez faire” which is French for “I want to get away with anything I can, let the buyer beware!”

Now they are crying because they do.
