Cleaning up Pioneer Way

Instead of trying to delay the construction on Pioneer Way, how about putting that section as a memorial to the Indians and the Indians put a totem pole in the middle of it? It would be a nice tribute to the dead and clean up that part of the street. Tired of the dirt and black plastic.
