Nothing fell through the cracks | Letter

Oh the tangled web we weave. Anyone over 50  knows the end to that quote and by the paper’s headline on the Aug. 27 what all rational thinking people know seems to be true: “The Dutch Mafia did what they wanted, ignored the recommendations of the experts and the majority and got busted, finally.” Nothing fell through  the “cracks,” things were ignored for their own agenda and profit.

I am sorry for the city and for the business owners who are being devastated. Maybe the politicians will finally listen to common sense when they hear it.
