Water board headline torturous

I was disturbed by the article title “Island County seeks waterboarder.”  This was a well written, informative article, and there is no need to use a title that refers to torture. If the practice at Whidbey News-Times is to have an editor provide the title, rather than the reporter who wrote the article, then shame on the editorial staff. Please respect your readers and reporters and provide meaningful titles that match the content of the article.
