Many thanks to those with the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce and Holland Happening Committee for their work to orchestrate a successful and fun-filled Holland Happening Parade and Festival the weekend of April 29.

As a parade participant and vendor, we believe that the festivities would not have been as successful as they were without the patient and calm ability of the committee to manage the great number of us taking part in the celebration.  We would also like to thank Skagit Farmers Supply for its loan of straw for our float and last but not least, a heartfelt thank you to our many dedicated volunteers who contributed their time and talent over the weekend to promote our therapeutic riding program.

Because of your efforts we’re excited to welcome aboard our new and eager students and volunteers. To our raffle winners Carolyn Rutherford and Greg Odle, our hearty congratulations!

We look forward to making Holland Happening our annual spring tradition.
