Encouraging people living under dictators

In Libya we are supporting the people to overthrow a dictator. What we said we were doing in Iraq, we are there with other countries to provide this support and I pray it is effective.

As I see it the long-range goal here, would be to assure other countries living under dictators (Iran, North Korea) that the free world will be there for them if they are so courageous as to attempt to free themselves.  Do we believe in democracy or don’t we?
