Freund family thanks supporters

Our family would like to express their deep gratitude to the entire community for the incredible outpouring of love and support that we received in response to the passing of Arnie Freund.

We would like to give special recognition to the following individuals: the staff at Regency and Harbor Care for their hearts of gold; Jim Haddon and the staff at Burley Funeral Chapel for their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency; Jessie Stensland at the Whidbey News-Times for her sensitive and well-written article; Jeff Campbell, Vikka Haywood and the staff at the Oak Harbor Yacht Club for their excellent service; Arnie Deckwa for his passion, humor and exuberance; and Larry Mason and Carl Funk for their great music.
