Florist knows customer service

I live in New York State and I have a dear friend in Oak Harbor who has terminal cancer. It feels “impossible” being so far away at times like this.

I first visited Oak Harbor this summer and discovered Greenhouse Florist and Nursery (while shopping with my friend’s husband) for flowers to bring some color and joy to my friend’s day.

Once I explained who I was and what I needed, the Greenhouse Florist employee literally stopped what she was doing to make ME (an out-of-towner on a mission) a glorious arrangement and handed it to me in about 20 minutes. It was beautiful!

Since my return to New York I have called Greenhouse on several occasions and two employees there by the name of Jennifer and Nijelle have done a remarkable job of creating some fantastically designed floral arrangements and delivered them to my friend. Their compassion and customer care is beyond measure.

I work in customer service for a Fortune Top 100 company and I just wanted to say “hats off” to Greenhouse Florist and Nursery -- from across the country.
