The Oak Harbor Lions Club extends a sincere thank you to the community for the tremendous support given to our Christmas tree sales fundraiser. Purchasing your Christmas tree from the Lions will help fund many local projects in 2011 that include eyeglasses, hearing aids, eye and ear exams, and handicap ramps for those in true need.

The funds raised by the Oak Harbor Lions also provide scholarships and support Special Olympics, Help House, Habitat for Humanity and Camp Horizon (a summer camping experience for special needs people of all ages), a medical equipment lending program, health screening events and more.

In addition to your support of our Christmas tree sales, the Oak Harbor Lions Club would like to thank you for supporting our salmon barbecues, White Cane Days, blood drives, our summer produce stand sales and to our local businesses for sponsoring over 320 American flags that line the business streets of Oak Harbor on 12 holidays in 2010. The Lions look forward to a great 2011 in service to your community.
