She’s actually suing everyone

We all take our right to vote seriously and most of us listen carefully to what the candidates have to say and vote for the one that most closely agrees with our stance. Sometimes though, that candidate does something that is so opposed to what we thought they stood for that we cannot just stand by and give them four years to make decisions that line their own pockets at our expense.
Commissioner-elect Kelly Emerson, in suing John Dean and our county, is suing us as well. Those hard earned dollars that you parted with reluctantly will go to support Ms. Emerson and her attorneys and not to funding police and fire and other vital services the county is now straining to provide. Ms. Emerson has been quoted as saying she will continue to file lawsuits against anyone she feels violates individual property rights however her interpretation of these rights does not take into account how she is hurting others.
She has also been quoted as saying she feels the taxpayers will understand her reasons for the lawsuit and support her. No Ms. Emerson. We do not!
