Norman McCullough of Coupeville, Wash passed away on Jan. 30, surrounded by loving family members.

A Memorial Service for Norm will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at Oak Harbor Lutheran Church. The family suggests memorials to North Whidbey Help House.
