Life-long Whidbey Island resident Marian E. Bartleson passed away on Nov. 16, 2016, in Spokane. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016, at Oak Harbor Lutheran Church. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Wallin Funeral Home. A complete obituary will follow.
