Lyla E. Lillis of Oak Harbor WA, died June 21 at the age of 65. Lyla was born April 27, 1952, in Anacortes.

Lyla enjoyed pottery, painting and art of all kinds. Everything she touched turned into beauty.

Please help us celebrate in her new life as she dances pain free in heaven. She taught so many people to grow and love like Jesus. She can rest now, paint with colors we can only dream of, make the most amazing pottery that we could only imagine and pick flowers from the most beautiful, endless gardens.

Lyla, you deserve all the beauty that surrounds you for eternity. Thank you, Jesus, for letting us learn so much from one of your most beautiful angels.

Lyla is cherished and loved by her husband Archie Lillis of 47 years, her son David Lillis, her daughter Brenda LeBaron and her son-in-law Jonathan LeBaron. Until we meet again.

A farewell bonfire/potluck will be held at 2 p.m. July 23 at the Lillis residence.
