Lloyd A. Williams, 79, born in Elma, Wash., passed away peacefully, at Swedish Hospital on Thursday afternoon, April 5, 2018.

He was surrounded by his loving family.

There will be a celebration of life and 80th birthday party in Lloyd’s honor at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 9 at Wallin Funeral Home, Oak Harbor. Full obituary will follow.
