Jean Smith Lindsay, a former resident of Oak Harbor, Wash., passed away on April 5, 2019 in Mount Vernon, Wash. at the age of 83.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Micheal Lindsay, her son, Micheal Barker, and her daughter, Sherri Anderson.

She is survived by her son, AJ Smith, her daughters, Terri Hobbie and Kelli MacKenzie(Tim), and her daughter-in-law, Sandy Barker.
