Janice passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Jan. 17, 2018.

She was born in 1936 to Edlane and Helen Parsons in Bellingham. and graduated from Concrete High School.

Janice married Charles Blasdell on Jan.15, 1955. They had three children: Lori (Howard) Mathis, Steven Blasdell and Joni Sisto. Janice and Charles were married for 34 years until his death in 1989.

On Sept. 24, 1996, Janice married Frank Sisto Jr. They enjoyed their retirement years by RVing across the U.S., eventually settling down in Eastern Washington.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Charles and her brother Dale Parsons. She is survived by her second husband Frank; her siblings Kathie Bauch and Gary Gilmore; her three children; granddaughters Wendy (Kevin) Ardt, Leah (Aaron) Dutton, Samantha (Jon) Stone, Jessica (Benny) Balderson and Kaitlin Sisto; and 13 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Janice’s life will take place at 2 p.m. on Feb. 24 at her daughter Lori’s home.
