Gail Patrick “Pat” Quinn, age 93, longtime Oak Harbor resident and business owner, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018, at Regency on Whidbey Harbor Care.

Mr. Quinn was born on Sept. 12, 1925. A service is being planned at a later date.
