The memorial service/celebration of life for Fred McDaniel Jr. will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 21, 2017, at VFW Post 7392, Oak Harbor, Wash. Memorial donations in his honor may go to your preferred veterans organization or WAIF.
