Frances, 80, passed away, at home, surrounded by family on June 9, 2018.

A long time Whidbey Island resident, Frances loved the beach; and was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

A memorial service will take place at The Oak Harbor Christian Reformed Church, Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 11:30 am with Pastor Randy Beumer presiding. A reception will follow.
