David George Scott III, infant son of David George Scott Jr. and Marci Ann (Metcalf) Scott, and twin brother of Noah Joseph Scott, entered into Heaven on Friday, March 9, 2018.

Little David was born Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018, at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.

He was taken from us all too quickly and our hearts are broken, but we take comfort in knowing that he is safe in the arms of Jesus.

David is survived by his parents Lt. David and Marci Scott of Oak Harbor; twin brother Noah Scott; grandparents David and Penny Scott of Endwell, N.Y. and Joe and Lolita Metcalf of Oberlin, Kan.; great-grandparents Richard and June Scott and Geraldine Prior, all of Johnson City, N.Y., Phyllis Metcalf of Oberlin, Kan. and Delores Dellere of Selden, Kan.; uncles and aunts, Daniel and Marie Scott of Burbank, Calif., Christopher and Carmen Scott of Raleigh, N.C., and Brandon and Bryanna Metcalf of Atwood, Kan.; also, numerous cousins.

Viewing will be 5-7 p.m. on Friday, March 16 at Whidbey Memorial Funeral Home. Mass will be 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 17 at NAS Whidbey Island Chapel.
