Coupeville junior Henry Wynn finished 35th in at Olympic League Cross Country Championships Thursday, Oct. 20, at the Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course outside of Sequim.

Wynn posted an 18:47.47 over the 5,000-meter course.

Coupeville’s other runner, sophomore Danny Conlisk, did not compete because of an injury.

The league meet featured the 11 Olympic League teams (seven 2A schools and four 1A schools) and Clallam Bay, a 1B school. Sixty-three runners finished the varsity boys race won by Kingston’s Andrew Simon (16:12.77).

The district meet is at noon Saturday, Oct. 29, at the American Lake Golf Course in Tacoma.
