A 6-2 win at Port Townsend Thursday, Oct. 20, pushed the Coupeville High School soccer to its seven victory of the season, the most in school history.

The previous high win mark of six was accomplished in both 2014 and 2015.

Not only did Coupeville accomplish a new team record, but junior Littlejohn scored four goals to lift her school single season scoring record to 25.

Freshmen Tia Wurzrainer and Anna Dion added the other goals for the Wolves.

The win also wrapped up at least second place in the Olympic League for Coupeville and assured the Wolves of a home game in the first round of the playoffs. Since district games must be played on artificial turf, that “home” match will be in Oak Harbor Saturday, Oct. 29, against the No. 3 team from the Nisqually League, currently Vashon Island.
