Monday, Oct. 1

At 8:08 p.m., a caller reported that a man tried to stop her from walking on Shorecrest Drive.

Tuesday, Oct. 2

At 4:04 p.m., a Chatham Lane resident reported returning home after a few days to find deck furniture had been moved.

Wednesday, Oct. 3

At 4:28 a.m., a caller reported hearing a screaming monkey at a mobile home park on Oak Harbor Road.

At 11:12 a.m., a driver reported that a man carrying a gas can was walking down Fort Nugent Avenue and yelling at no one.

At 11:24 a.m., a caller reported receiving a voice mail that said, “We know where you are.”

At 11:33 a.m., a resident reported that a Crosswords Circle resident moved and abandoned two dogs.

At 1:41 p.m., a caller reported that a man was abusing a dog on Amble Road.

At 11:25 p.m., a caller reported that about 20 people were “robbing everything” in a house on Northeast Third Street.

Thursday, Oct. 4

At 1:17 a.m., an Engle Road resident reported that a male subject banged on the door and said coyotes were after him.

At 2:43 a.m., a caller reported that a man with a paper bag was screaming at the Coupeville Ferry dock.

At 8:38 a.m., cows were reported on Balda Road.

At 9:56 a.m., a caller reported that people were screaming at each other at a homeless camp on near Coachman Lane.

At 3:38 p.m., a resident reported that a van with a cat inside was parked on Hill Road for days.

At 4:44 p.m., there was a report that a patient in the ER had a gunshot wound to the foot.

At 11:53 p.m., a driver reported that a man in a blue uniform was standing on Deception Pass Bridge.
