At 7:10 p.m., a man reported his cat was stolen from his car on Barlow Street.

At 1:51 p.m., a caller reported that a man in a Santa suit was passed out in a car parked on the highway.

At 3:42 p.m., a caller reported that a car was egged near the highway.

At 11:06 p.m., a Southeast Pioneer Way resident reported that his vehicle was stolen.

Sunday, Dec. 4

At 7:28 p.m., a Barrington Drive resident reported being stalked.

Monday, Dec. 5

At 10:09 a.m., a high school official reported that a student punched through a glass door.

At 4:06 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious man was walking back and forth on the sidewalk in front of a Southwest Sixth Avenue location.

At 4:43 p.m., a Northwest First Avenue resident reported that her boyfriend threw a kitten and broke its legs.

At 3:24 p.m., a caller reported that a man was lying on the sidewalk in a fetal position on Bayshore Drive.

At 3:31 p.m., a woman reported that squatters were in a building on Mercer Place.

At 8:30 p.m., a Northeast Kettle Street resident reported that an unknown person was knocking on her windows.

At 8:51 p.m., a Southeast Midway Boulevard resident reported being threatened by a stranger via text messages.

At 11:03 a.m., a Southwest Swantown resident reported a male subject was trying to open the window.

At 9:24 p.m., a caller reported Facebook threats.

Thursday, Dec. 8

At 10:47 a.m., a Kimball Street resident reported finding a trail of blood leading to the caller’s home.

At 11:20 a.m., a woman reported that her son was inappropriately touched by her ex-fiance.

At 4 p.m., six people were reportedly fighting on Northeast Izett Street.

At 5:24 p.m., a caller on Northwest Falls Creek Loop reported that a female subject was dancing in the street.

At 5:40 p.m., a Northwest Elwha Street resident reported that a female subject would not get off the trampoline.

At 2:08 p.m., a woman reported that a homeless man punched her car at a location near the highway.

At 2:24 p.m., a caller reported that people in a car on Beeksma Drive were “engaged in sexual contact.”

At 11:05 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that she did not feel safe with the people her husband had in their home.

At 9:51 a.m., a Pioneer Way resident reported receiving a package with a rifle inside it.

At 10:45 a.m., a wounded seagull was reported on East Whidbey Avenue.

At 1:27 p.m., a Judson Drive resident reported that his girlfriend threatened to kill his daughter.

At 1:54 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious older man was with a young girl on Midway Boulevard.

At 2:43 p.m., a caller reported that a female subject tried to jump out of a car on Bayshore Drive.

At 10:30 p.m., a woman reported that a stalker was outside her home.

At 7:56 a.m., a caller on Highway 20 reported that a woman was “being ornery.”

At 9:19 a.m., a Southwest Sixth Avenue resident reported that two solar snowmen were stolen from the yard.

At 11:27 a.m., there were four calls of a car purposely spinning out at different locations around town.

At 2:52 p.m., a coyote with a broken leg was reported on Robertson Drive.

At 9:36 p.m., there was a report that a woman at a Highway 20 location said she could hear the voice of God.

At 9:43 p.m., a caller reported that a woman was ripping out her hair at a Highway 20 location.

Monday, Dec. 19

At 11:32 a.m., a caller reported that six propane tanks were stolen from a Highway 20 business.

At 12:09 p.m., a Southeast Hidalgo Avenue resident reported that a suspicious person was trying to steal from the porch.

At 12:20 p.m., a Kathleen Drive resident reported that someone left a woodchipper in his yard.

At 12:34 p.m., there was a report that a man was throwing things and hitting cars on Southwest Barrington Drive.

At 9:27 a.m., an employee at a store on the highway reported that a man shoplifted and ran from the store.

At 10:06 a.m., a caller reported that people at a Crosby Road home left the dog behind when they moved.

At 10:45 a.m., a caller reported that a boss was being irate with employees at a Pioneer Way business.

At 1:25 p.m., a caller on Erie Street reported finding a fake $100 bill.

At 4:30 a.m., a Childrens Avenue resident reported that a subject was walking around the neighbor’s yard with a pistol.

At 4:14 p.m., a caller requested a welfare check for a transient who had been in a bathroom near the highway all day.

At 12:08 p.m., a man on Falls Creek Loop reported that a neighbor made “a gun symbol” with his hands after the caller said good morning.

At 4:28 p.m., a caller reported finding a pet cockatiel on Northeast Ninth Avenue.

At 8:52 p.m., a Downfield Way resident reported that people egged his house and car.

At 11:16 p.m., a Longview Drive resident reported being “ding dong ditched” twice.
