Thursday, May 30

At 3:55 p.m., a caller reported that a dead eagle washed ashore near Indian Hill Road.

At 9:29 p.m., a caller reported that bad people were on a property on Piper Trail.

Friday, May 31

At 11:12 a.m., a Central Whidbey resident reported her ex-husband tried to kill her last week or maybe this week.

At 3:40 p.m., a woman reported that she had been blackmailed online.

At 4:20 p.m., a driver reported that someone in a Subaru Outback threw a banana out the window on Heller Road.

Saturday, June 1

At 11:44 a.m., a woman on Monroe Landing Road reported that a stray cat was in her garage.

At 2:06 p.m., a resident reported that two drunk men fell off their bikes in the middle of Cultus Bay Road and were yelling at people as cars almost hit them. They swore at the caller.

At 4:22 p.m., a Viewpoint Drive resident reported someone shot a BB through the back window.

At 4:52 p.m., a driver reported seeing a teenage boy hanging off the side of Deception Pass Bridge. Two girls were standing nearby.

Sunday, June 2

At 8:58 a.m., a caller reported that a man caught a salmon and stuck it in a cooler at Cornet Bay.

At 11:29 a.m., a burglary was reported on Twin Pine Drive.

At 3:40 p.m., there as a report of someone illegally crabbing at Keystone.

At 5:50 p.m., a resident reported that people were starting a campfire at Joseph Whidbey State Park.

At 6:26 p.m., a caller reported that a kayaker was illegally crabbing in Cultus Bay.

Monday, June 3

At 5:05 a.m., a caller reported that a person was stuck in a tree on Hersig Road. The caller heard someone say, “Help me. I’m in a tree.”

At 5:39 a.m., there was a report of people fighting at the hospital.

At 7:43 a.m., a resident reported that a man was chasing after a woman in red pants on North Main Street.

At 11:40 a.m., a driver reported seeing a rooster in distress on the side of Bob Galbreath Road.

Tuesday, June 4

At 7:22 a.m., a caller reported that tires were slashed on a car on Airline Way.

At 10:29 a.m., an East Harbor Road resident reported that her silverware was stolen.

At 12:16 p.m., a man on Woodsy Place reported that his chainsaw was stolen.

At 1:57 p.m., a resident reported that a rooster on Bob Galbreath Road appeared lost.

At 5:04 p.m., a Hunter Lane resident reported he used snuff but then realized it was an unknown substance, possibly poison.

At 5:44 p.m., a caller reported that a sign in Joseph Whidbey State Park had been vandalized and racial slurs were written on it.

At 1:16 p.m., poachers were reported at Possession Point.

At 1:30 p.m., a Highland Drive resident reported that a lawnmower was stolen from the porch.

At 3:54 p.m., a dead bald eagle was reported in the area of Swantown Road.

At 7:03 p.m., a caller reported a man on Highway 525 poked him in the chest when he went to retrieve his woodchipper.
