At 10:20 a.m., a woman on Scheer Lane reported that another woman was telling lies about her.
At 10:45 a.m., a driver reported finding a backpack and a bike on the side of Yates Road.
At 12:16 p.m., a caller reported that a toddler and three dogs were wandering on Taylor Road.
At 5:22 p.m., a Hastings Road resident reported that a huge boat ran ashore.
Tuesday, Jan. 24
At 11:01 a.m., a driver reported that a transient man was sitting in the middle of Libbey Road with a sleeping bag on.
At 1:04 p.m., a burglary was reported at a Zylstra Road home.
At 4:06 p.m., a caller reported seeing six used syringes at Ala Spit.
At 9:14 p.m., a RV was reported dumped on Crosby Road.
Wednesday, Jan. 25
At 12:26 p.m., a caller on Maple Street reported that a neighbor was burning hay and manure.
At 2:29 p.m., a Lyon Road resident reported that the landlord was letting people in the house even though the caller doesn’t move out until the following week.
At 3:30 p.m., a resident reported that two girls were fighting in a park on South Main Street. Two other girls and two boys were watching.
At 9:44 p.m., a driver reported that a man with bags was on Deception Pass Bridge.
Thursday, Jan. 26
At 8:01 a.m., a caller reported that a man in a hoodie was pushing a bike and carrying a power saw on Doc Savage Drive.
At 9:06 a.m., a Utopia Lane resident reported that chickens were all over the place.
At 11:17 a.m., a Riepma Avenue resident reported that peacocks were “dumping loads” on his porch.
At 12:28 p.m., a parrot theft was reported on Langley Road.
At 5:46 p.m., a neighbor reported that people with flashlights were inside a vacant house on Essence Way.
Friday, Jan. 27
At 9:05 a.m., an injured goose was reported on West Crescent Harbor Road.
At 5:57 p.m., a caller reported that the driver of a car slowed down on Fort Ebey Road and “eyeballed” the caller.
Saturday, Jan. 28
At 12:39 a.m., a caller reported that a car “fell” off a cliff on Possession Ridge Lane.
At 11:22 a.m., the owner of a Langley Road house reported that a tenant left behind a hamster and a snake.
At 11:28 a.m., a woman asked to speak to the “special victims unit” about something she saw on Facebook.
At 2:29 p.m., a resident reported that suspicious people were selling meat in the Blacktail Lane area.
At 5:01 p.m., a Goodell Road resident reported that someone broke into the home and sheds to steal items.
Sunday, Jan. 29
At 12:39 a.m., a caller reported that a man was standing and yelling on the corner of Main Street and the highway.
At 9:08 a.m., a resident reported that a dilapidated trailer and a tent were on a turnout on West Beach Road.
At 8:22 p.m., Navy security asked for a drug recognition expert to evaluate a man who tried to run through the security gate.
Monday, Jan. 30
At 8:31 a.m., a driver reported that a couple of crackheads standing in the middle of Hastie Lake Road were waving people over and flipping people off.
At 9:35 a.m., a bus driver reported that two riders were kicking each other.
At 11:29 a.m., a caller reported that the group “Keep the Peace” was meeting on Evening Glory Court and people were worried that a member no longer in good standing may not be peaceful.
At 3:10 p.m., a caller at the transfer station reported finding a safe with the bottom broken out.
At 5:34 p.m., a woman reported that a man was at Hazelwood Drive with illegal guns and illegal steroids. The caller was worried that he might kill the chickens.

At 10:41 a.m., a man in the lobby of the police station asked how he could get “legal controls” over his wife.
At 4:03 p.m., a caller reported that homeless people were setting up camp behind a Pioneer Way location.
At 6:01 p.m., a burglary was reported at a home on Southwest Roeder Drive.
At 9:01 p.m., a woman at the swimming pool reported that pants and a wedding ring were stolen from the women’s locker room.
At 11 p.m., a Northeast Ellis Way resident reported that someone was under the house.
Wednesday, Feb. 1
At 12:26 a.m., a caller reported that people were beating up someone on Oleary Street.
At 9:11 a.m., a resident reported lending a former coworker a car but then the coworker sold the car.
At 2:03 p.m., a caller reported that a man was digging through the dumpster on South Oak Harbor Street.
At 3:12 p.m., a caller inquired about goats in the city limits.
At 9:42 p.m., a disabled veteran reported that he needed somewhere to sleep at night and wanted to know if there were any shelters.

At 2:14 p.m., a Dock Street resident reported that two raccoons were on the property.
At 9:16 p.m., a caller at a gas station on the highway reported that a man got gas and then proceeded to wash his windows for 20 minutes.
Friday, Feb. 3
At 1:47 a.m., a Izett Street resident reported hearing her neighbor dropping things.
At 3:11 p.m., an employee at a Erie Street store reported that seven people were asked to leave the store, but they were walking around and opening food.
At 11:30 p.m., a caller at a Pioneer Way business reported that customers were fighting outside.
Saturday, Feb. 4
At 3:27 p.m., a driver on Beeksma Drive reported being followed by car.
At 6:04 p.m., a caller reported that a man brought an ax inside a Southeast Ely Street location.
At 10:44 p.m., a Northeast Fifth Avenue resident reported that the caller’s son is either drunk or high and is drooling on himself.
Sunday, Feb. 5
At 4:53 a.m., a Northeast Taftson Street resident reported that a male prowler was on the back deck.
At 11:06 a.m., there was a report of three groups of people fighting in a side parking lot on Erie Street.
At 11:54 a.m., a caller on North Oak Harbor Street reported that someone broke into a car overnight and shattered windows.
At 3:33 p.m., a Southwest Sixth Avenue resident reported that one of her “puzzle piece stepping stones” was missing.
At 5:52 p.m., a caller at a Highway 20 location reported that a male subject with a gun stole a blue container.
At 6:17 p.m., an employee at a Highway 20 business reported that a man who did not pay for his pizza threatened to return and shoot up the location with an AK-47.

At 1:41 a.m., a caller reported that two people at a Pioneer Way bar were threatening other customers.
