At 10:21 p.m., a caller reported a fight at a Front Street business.

At 6:22 p.m., a caller reported someone trying to break into a Kinney Street home.

At 9:27 a.m., a caller reported an assault taking place on North Main Street.

Friday, April 25

At 2:54 p.m., a caller reported a dog stuck on Front Street.

At 2:28 p.m., a caller reported three men tearing apart a home on South Main Street. There were propane tanks nearby and the men were going door-to-door asking for water hoses in case of fire.

At 9:38 a.m., a caller reported someone was fraudulently using his credit card.

At 9 a.m., a caller reported a student was receiving harassing cell phone calls.

At 3:41 a.m., the Town Marshal’s Office assisted the Oak Harbor Police in an incident where a man on Oak Harbor Street was being reckless with a shotgun.

At 3:37 a.m., a caller reported loud music coming from a cottage on Madrona Way.

At 1:12 p.m., a caller reported that a bearded man on Highway 20 at SE Pioneer Way seemed disoriented. He fell to the ground, holding a piece of paper and breathing rapidly.

At 1:42 p.m., there was a report of kids fighting in a soccer field on SE Sixth Avenue.

At 7:31 p.m., a caller reported a water line leak at a construction site on S. Beeksma Drive.

At 7:36 a.m., a SW Third Avenue resident reported hearing a large explosion. The caller said a utility box was in flames, but the fire went out by itself.

At 10 a.m., a NE Seventh Avenue resident reported someone was in her backyard at night and damaged her fence.

At 10:42 a.m., a woman reported that she was assaulted the night before on SE Pioneer Way, but she couldn’t remember anything.

At 2:24 p.m., there was a report that a woman at the ER was the victim of a domestic assault on Highway 20.

At 4:15 a.m., a SE Regatta Drive resident reported hearing the sound of sawing from under his home.

At 12:45 p.m., a man reported he was assaulted at NE Ernst Street. He said he was moving out and his ex-girlfriend’s brother grabbed him by the neck and threw him into a wall.

At 1:24 p.m., there was a report of a 50-foot by 50-foot sheen on the water in the marina.

At 1:33 p.m., a N. Oak Harbor Street resident reported that suspicious people keep showing up at her door.

At 7:22 p.m., a caller reported that a man was urinating in public in the SW Barlow Street area.
