Thursday, Oct. 24

At 5:10 a.m., a resident reported cows were running in the middle of Monroe Landing Road and into people’s yards.

At 10:27 a.m., a caller reported that a female threw a rock through a front yard on Hersig Road.

At 1:34 p.m., a caller reported that a tent was blocking a mower at a park on Deer Lake Road.

Friday, Oct. 25

At 8:53 a.m., there was a report of a man peeping into a neighbor’s windows on Leitch Place.

At 9:53 a.m., an El Mirador Street resident reported that a buck was entangled in a hammock in the backyard.

At 3:31 p.m., a Wilson Road resident reported that his girlfriend put glass in his coffee.

Saturday, Oct. 26

At 2:19 a.m., a Diane Avenue resident reported tapping noise outside the bedroom window.

At 1:21 p.m., a caller reported that a man was lying on the ground near a bus stop on Highway 525.

At 9:58 p.m., a caller reported that a group of about 20 teenagers had a fire going on the Coupeville Wharf and were trying to perform some sort of ritual.

Sunday, Oct. 27

At 2:12 p.m., a caller reported that a woman in a dark trench coat carrying spiral notebooks was walking around on Virginia Avenue.

At 6:19 p.m., a Classic Road resident reported that cable internet access people were bothering him and the internet follows him wherever his feet are.

Monday, Oct. 28

At 1:13 p.m., a Northeast Fourth Street resident reported that a raccoon keeps going on the roof at night.

At 3:48 p.m., a Peaceful Place resident reported finding body parts of an animal while feeding chickens.

At 4:17 p.m., a Classic Road resident complained about being followed by visual computer users.

At 7:06 p.m., a caller reported that a male tried to lure the caller’s son and a girl off an Island Transit bus. The man was kicked off the bus on Highway 20 at Race Road.

At 7:24 p.m., there was a report of a man on crutches and wearing a red shirt hitchhiking at Highway 20 and Main Street.

At 9:34 p.m., a caller reported that a man on Goldie Street punched him in the face and yelled racial slurs.

Tuesday, Oct. 29

At 7:29 a.m., a Bradshaw Road resident reported that her husband was chasing their dog around the golf course.

At 8:28 a.m., a caller on Goldie Road reported that someone drilled into a gas tank.

At 11:51 a.m., a caller at the hospital reported that a patient assailed staff and left the ER.

At 12:06 p.m., two horses were reported trotting down Holst Road.

At 12:10 p.m., a driver reported that a school bus ran a stop sign on Oak Harbor Road and caused the driver to swerve into the ditch.

Wednesday, Oct. 30

At 2:13 p.m., a Bonnie View Acres Road resident reported finding a fingerprint on a TV.
