The Island County Board of Commissioners is seeking applicants to fill a seat on the Coupeville Ferry Committee for a term that runs through August 2018.

The advisory committee consists of six members, three for the Clinton Ferry Terminal and three for the Coupeville Ferry Terminal. Under state law, no more than two members, at the time of their appointment, may be of the same major political party, and party affiliation must be included in submitted application materials.

Applicants should provide a letter of interest and statement of qualifications and email to pamd@co.island.wa.us

Applications should be received no later than 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3.
