Two sailings on Keystone route canceled due to rough seas

High winds and rough seas Monday afternoon have led to the cancellation of two sailings on the Keystone-Port Townsend route.
The 3:45 p.m. sailing from Port Townsend and the 4:30 p.m. sailing from Keystone have been cancelled, according to Washington State Ferries.
